We deliver world-wide from our office in Milan, Italy. Please take note of the information regarding methods of payment, delivery costs and delivery times.  You may contact us if you have any questions.

Orders are prepared with great care using a suitable packaging that protects the goods from shock and ensuring good insulation. In case of breakage or tampering of the package please do not accept the package and contact us immediately.

All our shipments are entrusted to professional couriers whose rules state that they can not leave packages unattended at the entrance of your home. We recommend that you insert a reliable address where the courier can find someone who can sign for the withdrawal of the package.  It will be possible to track the shipping status by entering the tracking number, received in the e-mail from the official sites of the couriers. Shipments can be tracked after 24/48 hours from receipt of the e-mail message with the preparation of the package by entering the tracking number on the official websites of the couriers.


Shipping to Italy is 10 euros for standard 5-7 day delivery and 18 euros for express delivery. 

Shipping costs for the EUROPE - ZONE 1 AND 2 is 12 euros for standard shipping and 25 euros for 2-3 day delivery

Shipping costs for the EUROPE - ZONE 3 AND 4 is 15 euros for standard shipping and 3o euros for 3-4 day delivery

Worldwide standard shipping is available from 70 euros.  The cost is calculated in the checkout cart.    We do ship express delivery worldwide, please contact us directly for a quote.  


How long does it take for the delivery to be sent out?

All products are usually ready to ship in 24-48 hours.  We have the product in stock and, depending on the method of payment, it will generally be dispatched within 2 working days of receiving the order.

Please note that this period is only approximate and can differ in individual cases. Besides this, the period for the actual transport must still be added. 

We have no influence on the customs process and apologize for any inconvenience due to delivery delays resulting from this.

How can I track the delivery status of my order?

You will receive confirmation of shipment from us on the day your goods are handed over to the delivery company via email. The email will have a link for tracking your package. Please note that, as a rule, the status can only be tracked after 19:00 on the day of dispatch.
