Precious Ivories: An unknown aspect of Russian art This exhibition consisted of a selective collection of carved Russian ivory and bone dating back to the XVI century. These historic artifacts were on loan from the State Historical Museum in Moscow and on public display for the first time. The display cases were designed specifically for the individual groupings of artifacts.
